Buyer Responsibility

The purchase, use, and ownership of certain types of knives are subject to a wide variety of local laws and regulations. Use any BDBW edged tool only in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws and recognized safety rules. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession and/or use of any edged tool purchased. It is further the responsibility of the buyer to familiarize themselves and comply with the laws and regulations that apply in his or her specific area regarding the owning of a BDBW tool, specifically, the laws and regulations for close grip, edged tools. Some areas may have more restrictive laws concerning closed grip, edged tools and you are responsible for knowing and obeying those
laws. BDBW does not represent or warrant that any specific purchaser may legally purchase, own, or possess our products. BDBW offers no legal advice regarding laws applicable to your purchase of our knife. It is your responsibility, as the buyer, and not BDBW, as the seller, to ascertain and obey all applicable international, federal, state, and local laws regarding your purchase and use of close grip edged tools.


Our Guarantee

We've designed our products to last you a lifetime (probably more,) with responsible care and use. We will replace or refund any Bone Daddy Blade WerX purchase that has not met this standard. Just reach out to us at or at 502-500-0705.



Our policy lasts 30 days following receipt of your shipment. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund for a returned item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the shipper address.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Sale items will be refunded at the discounted purchase price, as long as the purchase was within 30 days.



We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will coordinate getting a return label for you.



If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.



To return your product, please email us at to start the process and receive a return label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
